I didn’t find any rodent droppings at this time. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station by the AC unit near the wall that you were hearing scratching. In the detached garage mice droppings were observed. I placed bait stations in the garage. I also placed bait stations in the shed as well. I noticed by the one utility line going around the house a slight gap between the siding and the pipe, I used copper mesh to seal off the gap.
