Good afternoon, Abby, Today I completed your initial Premium Plus pest control service. The primary focus of today’s visit was rodent control, specifically targeting mice. During the exterior inspection, I identified a potential rodent entry point, which I sealed using copper mesh to prevent further access. Additionally, I installed three large rodent bait stations around the exterior perimeter to help eliminate the mice through targeted feeding. I also installed your termite monitoring stations along the exterior to provide early detection of potential termite activity and support long-term protection. Inside the unfinished basement area, I observed a significant amount of rodent droppings and removed two deceased rodents. To reinforce protection, I placed four rodent bait stations along the sill plates in the basement. These will also work through bait feeding to help reduce rodent activity.
