I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in laundry room showing no activity and exterior station behind AC unit shows heavy activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of mudroom, bathroom and garage where accessible targeting spiders. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting ants, spiders and other general pests that may try to enter. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
