Good afternoon James, it was great talking with you again. Today we completed your first quarterly service. We checked the rodent bait stations to find heavy activity on the left side of the home, very minor activity on the right side, and no activity in the garage. We did refresh the bait as needed. We treated the exterior of the home, where we could reach due to some heavy vegetation, with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pest. We do recommend trimming back any vegetation that is up against the foundation/siding to help prevent pest activity. We also checked termite monitoring stations to find no activity. Good afternoon James. Today we completed your initial premium plus pest control service. First, we inspected the interior and garage to find no structural pest concerns at the time of inspection. Then we inspected the exterior of the home to find yellow jacket activity on the front of the home. We spot treated the yellow jacket entry points in the front soffit with a liquid residual insecticide, that may take 5 to 7 days to reach maximum effectiveness. Then we placed two exterior rodent bait stations around the home to help control and monitor any rodent activity. We spot treated around the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity, along with placing four termite monitoring stations around the exterior. Then we inspected the exterior of your home and checked the exterior rodent bait stations to find heavy activity in the stations on the side of the home, moderate activity in the rear of the home.
