Good afternoon Betsy. Today we completed your quarterly pest control service. First, we address the live ant activity in the kitchen. We added some ant gel bait to help control live activity. Then we checked exterior rodent bait stations to find heavy activity on the left side and minor activity on the rear. We refreshed the bait in those stations. Then we spot treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect.
