It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I also spot treated the interior baseboards, kitchen island, and sliding door areas with an ant gel where you’ve seen sitings of ants. I placed an ant bait arena under the trash can in the kitchen island as well. I placed a large exterior rodent bait station at the back corner of the home as well as 2 smaller stations inside the garage. These will help eliminate and prevent future rodent infestations. 4 termite monitors were placed in each of the 4 corners of the home. We will monitor these on each visit.
