Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked both exterior bait stations as well. The station by the house had only light activity, while the one by the shed was empty. I replenished them both with fresh bait. Because you have seen no signs of activity, we decided not to place another bait station at this time. However, if activity begins again, please let us know and we would be happy to place another. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual for ants and other general pest activity. I was careful when treating to avoid the tomato plants.
