Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with yins today! We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs while installing termite monitors. There were signs of old termite activity but no live termites were found. We added two exterior rodent bait stations outside to help reduce the rodent population. We set up five rat snap traps in the basement. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect.
