Good evening. Today i performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity or damage. Removed any webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. I also set up a large rodent bait station on the exterior. On the interior I set up MBS bait stations and traps throughout the crawlspace, basement rafters, kitchen cabinets, garage and attic for active mice issues.
