I inspected exterior of home and saw carpenter bees ho wrong around eaves of home. I also inspected your attic per request of you and the salesman. You told me you were hearing some sort of scratching in the attic. I found no mice or stinging insect activity in attic. I treated eaves of home with a liquid residual for carpenter bee activity.
