On todays visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house. These will help identify any activity that may arise in the future. I placed mouse bait stations (MBS) in kitchen behind stove and under sink. Additionally, I placed an MBS on sil plate in basement and set snap traps in utililty room and utility closet in bedroom of basement. These snap traps will help to determine if there is activity in these areas, given that they had one or two droppings. I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation and plugged hole with copper mesh in front of house.
