Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. I was at your property today to complete your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to place a large rodent station in the rear of the home by the air conditioning unit. For mouse bait stations throughout the house. One in the cabinet over top of the stove, another the right side of the stove, one up in the sill plate at the bottom of the basement stairs, and another in the basement windowsill. I also treated the exterior perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. We will follow up again in 30 days, after which we will come out on a quarterly basis. We asked that after each quarterly visit, please allow 10 to 14 days for desired results.
