Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I inspected the interior and found dead fleas in the basement. I did not find any live activity. I also checked the bait stations and all of the bait was eaten. I refilled them and added another station to the kitchen. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards and in the basement for general pests. Your tenant reported seeing flies in the basement and that she has not seen fleas recently. I recommend getting a dehumidifier for the basement and having any leaky plumbing fixed to reduce moisture. If you would like to have the units and basement treated for fleas, please call for an appointment and our office can supply you with a prep list. I recommend calling for an appointment in 2-3 weeks to at least check on the rodent bait stations.
