Good afternoon. Today we completed your quarterly pest control service. First, we inspected the exterior of your home and refilled the bait in the exterior rodent bait station on the right side of the home due to being empty. The other exterior bait station was unacceptable due to heavy overgrowth around the property. Next we treated the exterior perimeter of your home (where accessible due to vegetation around the found) with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect. We do recommend trimming vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding back 12-24” from the house to help control pest activity and allow us to apply a thorough treatment.
