Hello today, I completed your initial service I inspected the termite monitors. There was no activity at this time. I also brushed off any cobwebs around windows and doors to prevent spiders activity on the interior of your home? I inspected for any rodent entrances where I noticed too small gaps in the back closed off with copper mesh I do recommend sealing of that crawlspace door. This will also help prevent/reduce rodent activity on the interior of your home. I refilled the interior bait stations in the crawlspace. One of them was empty. I also treated the exterior and interior of your home targeting ants and other general pest.
