Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from home. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing heavy activity. I replenished all three with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I recommend moving debris and overgrowth along the foundation of home. This is a conducive condition that could cause pest harborage and provide pests with a way to bypass treatments.
