I also spot treated the interior of the basement as well as around the exterior doors and windows for spiders. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior termite bait stations around the perimeter of the home. No signs of termites at this time.
