Today we completed our initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with yins today! We went around the house and knocked out cobwebs and spiderwebs. No termite activity was detected inside or outside so we installed four termite monitors. We treated a yellow jackets nest, the interior baseboards throughout the house, and the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual to help prevent yellow jackets, ants, spiders and general seasonal pests. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect as this treatment will agitate insects. We set up rodent bait stations in the garage and outside to monitor rodent activity.
