Good afternoon, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you guys! Today I completed your one time service call for mice by first inspecting the basement for any rodent activity. I did not find any mice droppings, but I found 2 old bait stations in the foundation line. The one above the basement door showed minimal feeding activity in it, while the other showed no activity. I removed the old bait stations and replaced the 2 with our own bait stations above the door and in the other basement foundation line back left. I also added one in the one cellar foundation line, on the floor by the door and floor back wall other basement. Next, I checked the garage for rodent activity, while adding 2 mouse bait stations to either side of the garage door. The living room where you guys saw the mouse did not find any opening or droppings, but the door in the entry way by the garage had two openings for rodent entry.
