I inspected the interior and exterior of the home and found no signs of termite activity at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors to help monitor termite activity. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I placed interior bait stations in the attic,bedroom, kitchen and basement to mitigate mouse activity. I placed glue and snap traps in the attic and basement for mouse control. I placed two exterior bait stations for rodent activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
