Good morning. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with ants and mice. You mentioned seeing ants in the kitchen and throughout. As well as mice in the attic. I started off placing rodent bait stations along the perimeter of the attic. I saw some mice droppings in the attic. I then gave you 2 ant bait trays to use in your kitchen and bathroom for ant control. I also placed 4 bait stations in the basement of the house along the sill plates. I then placed 2 interior rodent bait stations in the detached garage crawlspace for mice since there was evidence in the crawlspace. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station next to the crawlspace door. I also placed a rodent bait station in front of the house at the right side of the home. I then inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I then installed termite monitors at all for corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then remov
