Hello! Today I completed your first monthly service for cockroaches. Upon arrival we spoke about seeing a few inside. I identified them as wood cockroaches. The ones you found inside found their way in by accident and don’t want to be inside. These are not like German cockroaches that will infest the interior of the building. I treated all available interior baseboards, avoiding exam room 4, around cage in front waiting room, and back room next to surgery area as cats were present. I also removed a few wasp nests from exterior of building. I treated exterior perimeter and around windows and doors with a liquid residual for general pests.
