Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and there were no signs of rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity in all stations but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed.
