Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Upon inspection found heavy mice activity in kitchen, first floor, and also basement at this time. Added a total of 12 bait stations throughout first floor, as well as in basement. Also, added a total of 18 snap traps throughout first floor as well to help control rodent activity as best as possible. No termite activity was found at this time, and monitors were added to exterior. Mice coming from gap between cabinetry, and baseboards in kitchen. Highly recommend having this properly sealed, as well as openings along exterior foundation. I was able to seal 2 large holes in kitchen at this time as well with copper mesh. Two large exterior bait stations were added as well to help control rodent activity. Visible spider webs were removed and a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows. I avoided all windows while treating exterior.
