Good morning. Today we completed your quarterly pest control service. First, we inspected the exterior of your home and refilled the exterior rodent bait station due to heavier activity. Tenant had mentioned some ant activity on the interior and they added their own gel bait prior to service. During our inspection, we found two active ant trails on the right side of the home. Next we treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect. We do recommend trimming heavy vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding back 12-24” from the house to help control pest activity.
