Good morning Nancy. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We inspected the interior of both buildings on the property to find no major structural pest concerns. We inspected the exterior of both buildings to find no visible entryways for rodents and other pests. We placed three exterior rodent bait stations (two around the main home, one around the other living quarters) to help control and monitor any rodent activity from the exterior. We also treated the exterior perimeter of both buildings with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general surface crawling insects. Please allow one to two weeks for any treatment methods to reach their maximum effectiveness. We will return in approximately 30 days to perform your first quarterly service.
