Good afternoon Willard. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns for carpenter ant activity. We did not find any carpenter ant activity on the interior at the time of service. However, we did find carpenter ant activity out at the shed. So we treated the exterior of the home (avoiding the rear of the home where edible vegetation is present) and shed with a liquid residual insecticide along with adding some carpenter ant bait granular around the shed. We also refilled the exterior rodent bait stations that were already on property to help control any rodent activity from the outside. Please allow one to two weeks for any treatment methods to reach their maximum effectiveness. If activity persists, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
