After my inspection, I found that the rat was hiding inside of the Bilko doors in the basement. I placed a large rodent bait station on the outside in the rear by the Billco doors. I also placed a large rodent bait station in the basement. I also installed two red snap traps. One right by the hole in the door leading out to the Belco doors, and another up in the sill plate to the left of the basement door. I also removed all spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. We will follow up with service again with you in two weeks. Afterwards, we were service you on a quarterly basis.
