Good morning Carl, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed you initial premium plus pest service by inspecting for termites and finding no activity at this time. I did however install 4 termite monitors to be checked at every service. While inspecting around the basement in one of the utility closets I did find a dead mouse in a glue board, which I disposed for you. I did not notice droppings in any other places in the basement, but I did install 4 mouse bait stations with two in the small closet where mouse was found and one in each other closet. I then inspected the attic for any activity and only noticed a dropping or two, but I did add two mouse bait stations for control. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders, silverfish, springtails and general invader pests in all four bathrooms. While in the garage I did notice older droppings and replaced the two old mouse bait stations with two of our own. They are on each side of the garage door to he
