Good morning Ryan, my name is Ryan and today I completed your quarterly pest service. First, I checked termite monitors and finding no activity, but I did replace 3 due to damage. Next, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. I then checked the exterior rodent bait station that showed minimal feeding, but I did replenish it with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and windowsill.
