I applied a non-repellent solution on the exterior foundation and throughout the different rooms of the basement to target ants, spiders, roaches, and other general pest. I also placed three small rodent bait stations around the utility room to monitor and control possible rodent activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
