Good afternoon James, it was great talking with you again. Today we completed your first quarterly service. We checked the rodent bait stations to find heavy activity on the left side of the home, very minor activity on the right side, and no activity in the garage. We did refresh the bait as needed. We treated the exterior of the home, where we could reach due to some heavy vegetation, with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pest. We do recommend trimming back any vegetation that is up against the foundation/siding to help prevent pest activity. We also checked termite monitoring stations to find no activity.
