Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached shed, detached garage, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached shed, detached garage, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all exterior RBS and there was minimal rodent activity around the home and heavy rodent activity around the detached shed, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed.
