Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice and wasps. Upon arrival I spoke with Maria. She showed me on the back porch heavy wasp activity. Also heavy mice activity in the garage. I started off inspecting the garage. I observed heavy mouse droppings throughout. I placed rodent bait stations at each mother of the garage and one along the ledge against the wall where droppings were seen. I also placed glue boards along the perimeter to help monitor for insect activity. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait stations by the AC unit and one in front of the house to help rodent control. I then inspected for termites. I am happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a treatment to the gazebo outback by the pool for wasp activity. I saw paper wasp nesting on the ceiling on the back porch. I applied a liquid treatment to those
