Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of ant issues were noticed during today's service but I applied ant gel bait in all areas to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next, I inspected both exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last I inspected all exterior termite stations and there was no signs of termite activity observed during time of visits but a couple of the stations had any activity so I applied gel bait in each stations to help eliminate the ants.
