Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. No current interior issues. I started off inspecting the exterior. There is a lot of vegetation touching the left side and back left side of the home. Ants and rodents can use the branches to enter the home. I recommend trimming back vegetation at least 1 foot from the home. No other issues to report. The termite monitors had no activity at this time. The rodent bait stations both had no feeding at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests.
