Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and a lot of inactive mud tunnels nest was noticed in the basement area during today’s visit, but I scraped them all so we can keep a closer eye on them, I did find one area where active termites were noticed near the bottom steps on the ceiling area that I placed an above ground station to monitor and eliminate termite activity. Next I performed a thorough inspection around exterior of the property, but didn’t notice any visible activity during the time of visit.
