Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior of home. Started off by inspecting for termite activity. Happy to report, none was found at this time. Mice caught in kitchen, as well as in downstairs bathroom. Upon inspection droppings found in kitchen, basement, attic, and garage. Installed 3 bait stations to garage, 1 in attic, 1 under kitchen sink, and an additional 4 in basement to help control activity. Sealed hole in garage under step that was leading to basement and had visible rub marks. Due to the exterior being dark I was unable to treat outside but I will be putting in a follow up to come back and complete exterior portion of service.
