Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected the three exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity in both of the stations around the home and heavy activity in the station around the detached garage, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed.
