First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant issues were noticed during today's service near the Ac unit but I applied ant gel bait to the area to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, all areas were carpenter bees was noticed and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed one exterior RBS near the garage per your request to monitor rodent activity. last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every service moving forward.
