Good afternoon. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with yellow jackets. Upon arrival Al showed me two places with yellow jacket nesting. I applied a liquid treatment to both nests (by the eave near front door, and under the wood pile). Please avoid these areas for a few days. Yellow jackets are agitated and will sting. I then inspected for termites. No termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors in which we will inspect every quarterly visit. I placed a rodent bait station on the left side of the home by the drain spout. This will help with mice control. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. My only recommendation would be, once the yellow jackets are under control, to move the wood pile away from house. This wood pile is harborage for termites and other pests. We recommend moving it at least 20 feet away from the foundation. Please allow 10 to 14 da
