Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is for yellow jacket nests. Upon arrival I spoke with your wife, she showed me two different locations for yellow jacket activity. No current interior issues at this time. I started off removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. I inspected for termites. Happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also spot treated both yellow jacket nests along the house as well. Garage door isn’t closed all the way. Recommend keeping it closed to keep rodent and insects out of the garage and eventually enter the home.
