Good afternoon, David Today I was out to complete your initial premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors. One for each corner of the home. Will inspect these on each visit. I also treated all interior baseboards in the basement and first floor for ants and all general insects. I left some ant bait stations for future use. On the exterior, I did a full inspection of the property happy to report that I did not find any issues outside of a possible rodent entry point in your HVAC system. I sealed that up with copper mesh. I recommend going over the mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I also removed all visible webbing from the property. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation, including all door, trim window, trim, and cracks and crevices. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects as they move through the treated areas. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. We will return in 30 days time to start a quarterly
