I inspected the interior and exterior and found no visible signs of termite activity. I also did not detect any penetrations besides the garage door that we spoke about. I placed six interior bait stations, two in the garage and pour in the basement along the hill plate to mitigate mouse activity. I placed an exterior bait station on the garage side of the home for rodent activity. I placed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home to monitor termite activity. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of toys of the home, except the right front corner of the home with the raspberry bushes, for general and seasonal pest control. I applied a non-repellent liquid residual directly to the entry point where the yellow jackets are nesting
