Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations finding minimal activity above doorway of utility room. All other basement and garage stations showed no activity. The exterior bait station behind AC unit showed a little to no activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to be exterior foundation, door trims, window trims and under deck. This is targeting general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I recommend cleaning up mouse droppings in basement storage area behind door and in back right corner to better monitor for any new activity.
