I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of basement where accessible including window trims targeting spiders and other general pests. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations inside to detached garage and storage space above all showing heavy activity. The exterior bait station behind AC unit shows minimal activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. Carefully avoiding personal items and flowering plants I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims.
