Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found no issues at this time. Outside, I placed gel bait in the crevices of the back patio where activity was reported and granular bait in the mulch bed of the front yard targeting carpenter ants. I installed termite monitors that we’ll continue to check with each visit. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. If activity remains high after two weeks, feel free to call for another treatment. If not, we’ll be back in about 30 days.
