Good morning Bonnie it’s CJ and I provided your one time bee service call. You had a yellow jacket breach in the bay windows of the front sitting room. I used a knockdown spray around the breach after attempts to tape it closed agitated the hive. Once taped up dead, yellow jackets were swept up and carried away . The drywall behind this tape will have to be replaced as it’s been chewed up by the wasps. Outside I treated the soffits around the bay window for wasp entry. (This treatment will also take care of any new hornets attempting to build a nest on the soffits ). This is a slow acting insecticide it may take five days to completely kill off the hive. If you still see activity after five days, call us back for another treatment. I explained that we do not spray inside of the hive because it could cause the wasp to retreat further into the home and cause another breach. I also removed an empty hornet nest on the bay window.
