Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. Light ant activity was reported on the interior. I gave you two ant bait arenas with gel bait added to place as needed. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. Two of the monitors were damaged, so I replaced them. I refreshed the bait in the exterior rodent bait station due to light activity as well. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend raking dead leaves away from the foundation of the home, as ants tend to nest in rotted organic matter like this, increasing the risk of them entering.
