Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found ant activity in the kitchen. I placed gel bait and ant bait arenas in the areas where ants were found. I also found mouse droppings under the oven and a dead mouse in the basement. I removed the mouse and placed rodent bait stations in these areas as well as one at the exterior. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior and swept away the spider webs I found outside. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect.
